This is one of the good Shoney's that is still open and in service. So many of them are closing, which is a shame, but this one is still going strong. The fare is the typical Shoney's fare... breakfast buffet of grits (cheesy and regular), eggs, various meats, french toast (2 types), biscuits, etc. The service here was outstanding. We had barely been seated when our drink orders were taken and we never had to ask for a refill. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted so so good.

Just your average country style buffet, pretty cheap, clean bathrooms. A good stop on the way home.
Breakfast buffet is only 6.49 all you can eat pancakes, French toast sticks, waffles, bacon, ham, bologna, grits with or without cheese, muffins, biscuits and gravy, corn beef hash, fruit, salads and so much more. It's a great deal and the good is pretty good. I stop by when I want a variety at a good price.

Some of the worst overcooked food I have ever had in my life. The first thing you notice is how loud the music is, I wasn't sure whether i was in a restaurant or a bar. Turn the music down so that people can at least hear themselves think. The one seasoned (in age only)waitress there was terribly rude and condescending. Upon leaving I was asked by another almost seasoned waitress if I enjoyed everything. I said no. NOT THE RIGHT ANSWER! She responded, "well you can't please everybody". All this while directly reaching her hand out for money. Look, If you don't care, don't ask! I've eaten in a bunch of Shoney's over the years, will never eat at this one again I don't recommend it. And, I will do my best FORGET the behaviour and the food. Before you sit down and eat at this one, check the breakfast bar first, plenty of burnt bacon and watered-down /lumpy grits. How do you cook grits and get watered down and lumpy? The fruit was old. You know what fruit salad tastes like when it get old. Somebody needs to do a quality check in corporate management. You need to send a secret shopper there on a few occasions to get a good idea what I'm talking about. Enough venting! I'm out.

Decided to stop in for the breakfast buffet one day. For $6.49 the price is great for what you get. The food tastes fresh, and the all you can eat bacon! The service was great also, drink was never empty. Selection is good, and overall a great experience. Plus you can order eggs any way you would like.

Traditional cooking, cheap prices, and above average service! I was pleasedto see many veggies on the buffet, and only the chicken was fried-which is a good thing for me!

The best mashed potatoes in town. We are talking buffet here. Good fried chicken. Fruit on salad bar may not be ripe. Good coffee at breakfast buffet. I like the scrambled eggs, sautéed mushrooms and velvety cheese sauce. The sausage is good too. Don't care for the way they cook their bacon. I like mine crisp. Menu items good. I like the chicken fried steak. Desserts ate cheap, not of the very finest quality but adequate for the price. Iffy atmosphere, some big people at the buffet.
